Hello all, I was wondering if there was a way to automatically send an email to the owner of an action created in Meeting Notes? For example, I created a meeting note and within it, created an action item and assigned an owner. Do I have to enable a setting or create a custom WFR? Thank you. Jess

 

 

Hey Jess,

Yes you would need to create a custom WFR. You can create a ‘send email’ rule at the Action Item level. 

I have a WFR like this that I’ve created so feel free to reach out to me if you need.

I have a similar WFR already created, so I followed your advice to create at the action item level and it works. thank you for solving my problem.
