Document Publisher Template formatting for URL Links

Hello AW community, Another Document Publisher question to find the right way for this advanced configuration…Use Case:I have a DocPublisher template that requires links back to Project in four ways…Project Link - Link in Word docx that will allow the reader to link back to the Project details page. Roadmap Link - typically DocPub uses a format thumbnail that shows the roadmap within the word docx. However, I am looking for a basic URL link back to AdaptiveWork that will bring up the Roadmap view only Gantt Link - Same as Roadmap Link above. Tasks Link - This is at the task table level that runs through and lists all tasks that meet the criteria for the current/next period, etc. Looking to set the Task name column as a url link back to the task in AdaptiveWork. A possible secondary solution could be to have a static custom field that shows the task URL and pull that into a separate column with the caption “Task Link” or similar. However, I would likely run into the same issues as abo

Capacity Confusion for Part-Time Staff

Hello,We have many employees who are part-time and we have adjusted their work schedules in the individual calendar so that their capacity is less than 100%. For example, a resource that works 30 hours per week (out of 40 hours total) will have a capacity of 75%.Our users get very confused when reviewing the Resource Planning module/view and compare capacity and assignment when Units is selected. The capacity of the resource might be 75%, so our users think that all of the assignments should only total to 75% or less. Actually, the assignments should total to 100% or whatever the target utilization is for the resource. Unfortunately, our users consistently fail to remember this and we have to retrain them continuously.Does anyone have any suggestions for how to help users remain that assignments, when viewed in Units, can be more than the capacity of the resource if the resource is part-time?Thank you,Carey

What to do when you aren't able to create a multi-select reference to object (Resource) field?

I am trying to create a field that can be manually updated within a task with users, in the same way that ‘Resources’ can have users added. I am able to create a new field as ‘reference to object, user’ and this allows people to populate the field with a user name however it only allows a single user name. Is there a way to create a duplicate of the Resource field?I am not able to view the Resource field in configuration and have been advised this is intentional because of its field type.

Multiple Calculated Fields for Highlights

Hello community, I’ve created a report with several calculated columns across multiple tabs for various capacity and billability metrics (i.e. 50% capacity calculation, 80% capacity calculation, screenshot below). Some of our resources have different billability targets hence “Billability from 100% capacity vs. Billability from 50% capacity” metrics. I’d like to have an overall summary tab with a Highlight showing all the totaled capacity and billability. So a highlight totaling all the Green highlighted below fields and Yellow highlighted below fields. Is there a way to do this so the highlight pulls all the capacity fields from each tab and totals? Hey everyone,I'm currently focused on optimizing our employees' workload. I've been tasked with calculating the bank holidays each user has, which we need to deduct from their total working hours. While the app handles this deduction once public holidays are loaded, I'm looking to display this figure in a report.
