Are stakeholders only allowed to view Published dashboards? We have several stakeholders and a user is trying to send them a url to a dashboard they created but they are unable to see it. They have stakeholder licenses and correct permissions. If it is only published dashboards is there a way to take the existing dashboard and copy it to a published dashboard?
Sometimes when we create a new project using the template of the previous project, I want to keep the task schedules (resources scheduled to the tasks) on the new project to avoid the team having to re-schedule resources for similar projects. However, I have noticed that the only people who are copied over successfully upon creation of the new project are people are are assigned a role on the Staffing tab. This team does not use the staffing tab/utilization planning features. Is there a workaround to get the resources to copy over, or would I have to go in and assign roles to all of the “no role” resources on the template project?
Is there anyone in the community that uses Request Module (Gates, etc.) AND forecasts resources for those requests. We are only finding that you have to make the request a project before you can forecast resources. Our team wants to enter several requests and forecast/review our resources for these requests against projects in process to see if the project is feasible to do in current year or future. We are looking for any advice on how to do this. Thank you.
Has anyone been able to map an existing multi-select field from Request into the same multi-select field in Project? Update: NM user error! LOL
Im not seeing a lot of innovation in PPM PRO and Im concerned. Seems to me that all the innovation is focus in small enhancements but from a long time ago there is not an aha !!! moment. Is there a plan to cancelled PPM PRO?, is there a roadmap for new features?...
Does anyone have recommendations on how to efficiently set up tasks lists in PPM Pro depending on whether the project is using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid. Do you have examples? Also, when building it out, what are best practices for having resources charge time to tasks?

Is there a setting that can be changed to view underutilized staff versus just overutilized staff in PPM Pro
Hello all,Is there any way to locking editing/deleting under ‘Admin’ tab in PPM Pro? if not is there any way to track these changes? Audit log for example.Or if there is a workaround to have the above.
In the Task List view, there does not appear to be any way to mark all tasks that have overallocated resources. For e.g. MS Project puts a red resource icon in the Info column making it easy for the PM to go to such tasks at a glance. The only way in PPM Pro seems to be to click into each task and check. If not, is there a way to achieve this with a calculated field?
We have projects that could have more than 200 activities. At the time the project manager has to add the user per activity; is there a way to add a user to multiple activities in a rapidly way?.
When adding a note to a request (i.e. from the Project staffing screen) is the designated staffer notified via email? and when the designated staffer reply’s back - is the project manager getting an email? We are not seeing where this would happen.

In today’s success story you will learn about how a medical services organization, Parkview Health, implemented structure and the right tools to establish effective Project Portfolio Management. About the CompanyParkview Health is a nonprofit, community-based healthcare system based in Ft. Wayne, Indiana with 14,000 employees who service a population area of one million people. With more than 700 physicians and at least 2.5 million patient encounters per year in its 10 hospitals, Parkview Health is a fixture in the communities it serves.CHALLENGES :No processes in place for work intake, project prioritization, or resource allocation. Lack of visibility in the portfolio. Duplication of effort was rampant with multiple teams working on the same projects but creating different results.Good ideas were often lost, while projects that brought little value surged forward.SOLUTIONParkview Health knew they needed to take a different approach in order to gain control over and optimize its por
Did you know that you can configure recurring entries to automatically appear on future timesheets in PPM Pro? You can pin a timesheet entry so that it keeps the entry on all the timesheets after the one where pinning occurred. So now you don’t need to manually go and search projects and tasks every single time you enter the timesheets. Here is how it works. Step 1: For entering the time sheet entries go to timesheet from the side section and click on add new Step 2: Select the project and add the all the time sheet details. Select the box for pinning the time sheet entry. Save the entry Step 3: Now while you are entering the timesheet on an upcoming week you can see the timesheet entry that has been pinned in the past.
New to Project so maybe its just a configuration on our end. But here goes: Under the Financials section we entered yearly revenues for our projects. The revenue forecast line only seems to accommodate one type of revenue, one source. We have multiple sources we would like to enter, at a minimum two (domestic and international). Right now to solve this issue with a temporary fix: we entered the second source of revenue (Int'l) into "Actuals" and this is charted as such this is not ideal. We would like to eventually create a consolidated portfolio revenue report giving visibility to these multiple types of revenues from multiple projects. I attached the current set-up. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you!
The ability to create project plan baselines is still in PPM Pro, but the ability to compare baselines and create a report seems to be moved to Reports (Legacy) and seems to be very limiting. Is there an updated approach to comparing task baselines? I can’t find one in Reports.TIA
In the February PPM Pro product release webinar 3 new features were introduced.OData with R2D2 Multi currency in Reporting Warning for overallocation Watch the recording to learn more about these features and to get a quick demo. We have four restricted fields in our project form however we have “show on filters and show on reports” checked off. Only the three people in the restricted group can see those reports based on those fields. Does “Show on reports” not mean what we think it means? Does it mean it is only viewable to those that have access to that field?
