I’m curious whether other customers have run into this same limitation with timesheet cutoff dates.Today, when the cutoff date is reached, users lose visibility to past timesheets entirely. From what we’ve seen, the setting does not just prevent editing — it also prevents users from viewing their previously submitted timesheets.Our use case is that we would still like users to be able to view past timesheets in read-only mode after the cutoff date, while continuing to prevent any edits. We have added a custom text field and want to set up a validation or workflow rule to prevent duplicates at the parent task level. While we successfully implemented a duplicate-blocking rule for the client object using the findcustomer function, we noticed that an equivalent function is not available for the workitem object.Could someone assist us in finding a solution or suggest an alternative approach?

Hello,It seems that it’s not possible to bundle downloads in a ZIP file through an API call. Is that correct ?Currently files can only be downloaded one by one.I thought i could sort this through API calls but it’s not working.

We expect that projects with "Respect Durations" setting on will push effort that is not tracked against to the future.BUT this doesn't seem to be working in the system - why?We a ticket several days ago to Customer Support asking WHY the "Progress Tasks and Allocations" has the “Respect Durations” option selected for projects BUT it is not moving the allocation end date forward, the effort is just piling up against the date. Is it because we aren't using requested start date? Do we need to import that date for every project? Separate issue: WHY are % utilization going over 300%? We have made that the max  

I have a workflow which sends an email when something happens. The From Address on the email appears in Outlook as:From: AdaptiveWork <system@clarizen.com> On Behalf Of ????????where  ???????? is the name of a user with ‘Integration User’ set in AdaptiveWork and it is an Admin user. This user is not the user set as the Default Workflow User in General Settings.I thought that Integration User was only used for determining permission to use the API, and not related to outgoing emails, where I would expect the default workflow user to be used. From a security point of view, I’m not happy with sending out the user name of an integration user to anyone receiving an email from a workflow (while understanding that “security through obscurity” should not be relied on).The fact that this user is an integration user may just be a coincidence or is it because the change which triggered the workflow was made via the API, but in any case I don’t want it sent out, but can’t work out where it i

I wanted to see whether other customers have run into the same limitation with column sets and dependent structures.In our environment, we use dependency logic across structures/attributes so that when a user selects one value, the next field is filtered appropriately. This works as expected in configured screens, where users are guided to valid combinations.However, we’ve found that the same dependency logic does not appear to be enforced when users edit those fields through a column set. Instead, users can see and select all available values, even if they would normally be filtered out on the screen.This creates a few challenges for us:users can select invalid combinations data entry behavior is inconsistent between screens and column views we may need to disable column editing entirely for those attributes, which reduces flexibility and makes updates less efficientFrom an admin perspective, it would be very helpful if column sets respected the same dependency behavior that already e

Hi Team,In our organization we are onboarding users via Azure group integration.We add people in Azure group (User, resource) and after 24hours when integration runs then sync will trigger to Planview and the person gets activated/added to Planview Portfolio Prod instance.Now the challenge/gap over here is that there is no email invitation goes to users. The requirements is we want the invitation email/notification goes to new user with the portfolios link.Also is there a way to configure/edit the content of the email notification means can we customize the email body.Your early response is appreciated.

My Organization has active ProjectPlace access. However, ProjectPlace does not appear under Products in Planview Admin nor in the Planview.Me application switcher. Is there a supported way to register ProjectPlace as a product within Planview.Me so it appears alongside Portfolios in the navigation experience? We currently see Planview.Me, Planview.Me Labs, Portfolios and Planview Admin through the product switcher. Is there a supported way to expose all licensed products (including ProjectPlace ) directly in the top navigation ribbon rather than the application switcher?From where i can activae or add Project Place here, My org do have PP tenant and provisioned to my account . Just a silly thought, can we showup all the products horizontally on Black ribbon followed by Menu, rather showing up here in the Product switcher.
