I saw the new campaign in IdeaPlace for Portfolios, but did not read the detail (that it is for “Portfolios widgets in Planvew.Me”)  so I submitted two ideas for Portfolios (not PV.Me).  There are no delete options.  I started to open a case for it, but got a notice with ideas on how to resolve. This involved notifiying the moderator to ask them to delete them.  I cannot find the moderator any where.  When I click on the “Contact us” link, there is nothing there.   Does anyone know who the moderator is?  Is opening a ticket the best way to have my entries deleted?   Thank you,Sonia VarneyCommonwealth of Virginia (VITA), Planview Systems Administrator 

Is it possible to increase the capacity of the text fields to allow for the entry of text longer than 2,000 characters?

I would like to create a pie chart or some kind visualization in the status report / dashboard coming out of PPM pro.  is that doable?  All i want to show is actuals and budget (i.e. remaining)...

I am trying to determine a way track the financial costs and hours from multiple locations within a single project. Each location/project combination has a code associated with its financial system to associate with an account line item.  For instance, I may have Project A with Travel costs from Spain with account# ABCD and Travel Costs from India with account#1234.  I need to keep them distinct so that the accounting teams from the respective locations can upload and download their data into the same project without risk of overwriting each other.  I feel like I should be able to add a text field to the financial planning lines but can’t seem to figure out how.  It needs to be text and not an alternate structure as it will be different for every location/project combination.That is how I envision it.  If there is some other method or existing capability that I am missing, I am open to suggestions.  Thanks

Trying to set up filters on a request report that only returns request greater than 30 days old based on the Submission Date. I’d like to do this dynamically but can only see an option to manually set a date 30 days ago every time I run the report. Any help on dropdowns or custom syntax to use so it automatically returns request greater than 30 days old would be great. Thank you. .

Do task assignments take into consideration the remaining effort, and if not, how to best handle this? Example: New task created starting today, with 100 hours of Work, and duration of 2 months. This equals 12.5 hours of work per week.This task gets marked as 50% complete on day 1, which signals that 50 hours of Work are remaining, or 6.25 hours of task assignment effort per week. From what I can see, the Task Assignment will still show 12.5 hours despite the progress suggesting otherwise.Does AdaptiveWork consider Remaining Work as part of the Task Assignment numbers for future days of an open task’s schedule? Perhaps I am misunderstanding a feature that already exists, or the way it is meant to work.Any insights or information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Open for the suggestion i want to create an Planview AI agent or AI chatbot for my organisation for daily or almost repetitive asks. For USers Daily or weekly announcements for timesheet filling and Timesheet approvals on Monday for RM’sDaily progression RunPowerBI Refreshetc…Rate card update(Rate update and start and end date update)Cost center update for contractors. 

I’m exploring the Capacity Planning Module and when I look at it the “demand” is zero across the board for everyone. Clearly, this is not correct. I’ve read through everything I could find, but I cannot find an answer. I have resources assigned to groups as primary. Resources have been assigned to tasks. The tasks have work assigned to them. Yet, demand is zero! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! 

For some reason it doesn’t seem possible to sort results in Capacity Planner by the Project Name.  Am I missing something, or is this very basic capability really missing?
