Actualmente desde el módulo financiero en la sección de recursos laborales permite manejar 2 tipos de costos, los Costos planificados y los Cosos reales, surgió la necesidad de agregar un nuevo tipo y son los costo facturados, dado que el costo real es la operación de los registros de lo partes de horas po usuario multiplicado por la tarifa, pero necesito identificar el costo facturado resultante de la operación de las horas facturadas por mes por usuario multiplicado por la tarifa.

If I understand correctly you wish to not only capture planned costs and actual costs, but also invoiced amount? For this you could create a custom field on financial resources and capture this under a dedicated NLR for example, so that you can manually fill that amount.
If you need to capture the invoiced hours and have the invoiced amount to be the calculation of invoiced hours x rate, then you could create 2 custom fields, whereby hours are filled manually and amount is calculated by the applicable rate.
Unfortunately this is not supported as part of our standard set of fields.
