Calendar exceptions

Hi Team , Is it possible to create a workflow which can help send a notification to the manager when a user adds a Timeoff/personal leave into their calendar

Workflow on Calendars and Calendar Exceptions are currently not supported.

Thanks @Andrzej Lechowicz , so there isn’t any other way where the manager gets notified when the leaves are updated updated?
