Does anyone have a good change management plan template?
How do you manage change management teams through Planview?

Erin,
There are many ways you can do this but the top two options would be…
- Use the Request object (OOTB) to allow users to submit (change) requests either through an intake form (custom action) or even users without a license can submit via email and have InterAct handle the message to create a request. These requests can have related Decisions, Approvals, etc. that will allow you to create a Change Management system that ranges to very basic/simple to Complex with custom configurations and automation to send out approval requests.
- Another option can be creating a Custom Object specific to Change Management requests if the Request object is not sufficient. You can create as many links from the custom object to other objects as you wish allowing you to link them to any other object. Same as above, you can customize with Decisions and Approvals and other configurations to mold it to work for your Change Management process needs.
