Comments field in Add Action Item via the Meeting Notes

You could create a custom field Comments for Action Items that would be accessible from the Action Items module in the navigation bar or in the display table of related Action Items.

This field would not show in the meeting notes pop-up for action items as this layout is not editable.

However the custom field would be available for use / update after you create the action items via meeting notes.
