Has anyone created a custom action where any open RAID items are automatically closed when a project state is updated to completed?

At this time, there is no documentation or feature available for a custom action that automatically closes open RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items when a project state is updated to "Completed."
If you are looking to implement this kind of automation, we recommend reaching out to your system administrator or exploring custom development options within your organization. You can also submit this idea or request to the Planview Support team for further consideration.
