Hi there, does anyone have experience with setting up Customer Success Managers in AW with similar permissions to the Account Manager field/role? Is there another similar field hidden somewhere we can assign CSMs to?

I don't believe there’s a hidden field, nor can the picklist values of native fields be updated—only the field labels displayed in the UI. The Technical Account Manager already exists on the Customer object, so it may not make sense to add the CSM there as well. My suggestion would be to create the CSM as a standard user and leverage the Job Title field or a custom user field to filter CSMs. Alternatively, they could be added as a User Placeholder for some flexibility too.
