Anyone have experience disabling the email notification to resources when their timesheet is reopened?

Hello Kayla,

We've seen cases where a resource's inbox gets flooded with email notifications when their timesheet is reopened—this happens because a reminder email is triggered each time and unfortunately, this can't be fine-tuned to limit the number of notifications per timesheets.

The only way to prevent these emails is to disable them entirely by navigating to System Settings ➡️ Time Tracking (Section 13).
