Hi all

In our Baseline View we show:

  • Baseline days and £s - project lifetime
  • Allocated days and £s - project lifetime
  • Actual days and £s - (obviously) to date

Is there a column view that can be added to show our PMs:

  • Baseline days and £s - to date
  • Allocated days and £s - to date

 

 

 

Assuming those fields exist already and you just want to edit the view:

  1. Go into “Project Details” (upper left side), click on the Baseline View, then “Edit”.
    1. Under “Work Plan”, click on “Columns”, from there you can select any field from “Available” (left side) column to “Your Selections” (right side).
      1. Click OK and then “Save”.

Thanks Eric - I wasn't clear enough in my question. I understand how to add columns to my baseline view but I was asking if anyone knew if there were out of the box columns that would give us a report on:

  • Baseline days and £s - to date
  • Allocated days and £s - to date

I couldn't see anything in the list of columns but wondered if there was any terminology used that wasn't jumping out to me but that gave me the data I'm looking for.


Hi FWalker, I don’t think they exist, I think you will need to create those as custom fields.
