Just to be sure and to avoid any confusion, I'd like to start by asking which particular Planview product you're enquiring about.

If you're referring to Planview AdaptiveWork, I believe there isn't a history view of resource forecasts available to regular users. Only administrators have access to the change history, where they can see:

• Who made changes
• What the previous values were
• What the new values are

If you need to determine who first entered a forecast for a particular resource and when, you will likely need to request this information from your system administrator.
