If you want to give executive leaders visibility into Capacity Planning without assigning them the Resource Manager role, a good option is to share a read-only widget. This lets them view the relevant data without being able to make any changes. You can either embed the widget in a dashboard or simply share it via a link—whichever works best.
It’s a simple way to keep them informed while still keeping access controls in place.
