When I enter inside a milestone, there is a related item for gate approval. It has multiple roles and owner assigned. I want to send email to all owner of task when project is sent to gate. But I am getting more emails. I should receive email for task where i am the owner but i am getting email for all tasks. How to restrict recipient where i am the owner?
