Planview Community Question
We don't currently have Anvi AI available and are looking for ways to solve this with standard Planview capabilities.
Question:
When a new high-priority project is added or priorities change, how are you using Planview to identify:
- Which projects will be impacted
- Which resources become overloaded
- What work should be delayed or reprioritized
- The schedule impact of each option
Today this requires significant manual analysis across schedules, resources, and priorities before leadership can make a decision.
We're looking for approaches using:
- APIs or Automations
- Other Planview features
Our goal is to answer:
"If I add this project, what projects, resources, and dates are impacted, and what are my options?"
Has anyone solved this without Anvi AI? Any best practices, configurations, reports, or customer examples would be greatly appreciated.
