We have recently rolled out Agileplace and are wondering how people are managing dependencies between stories.

Here’s the tldr:

  • Use card connections to represent dependencies between stories
  • Visualize those connections on the same board or across boards by clicking “c” on your keyboard or clicking the connections icon in the secondary toolbar
  • Use either parent or child connections depending on the direction of the dependency. A child connection should be created if the parent card is dependent on the child card completing first and vice versa
