My goal is to create a portfolio report showing highlights and graphs of all the Go-Live dates for the projects in the portfolio. One of the highlights Id like to show is the number of Projects with a Go Live Date This Month..Next Month...etc. in one tab...anyone have ideas or experience with this?

I’ve done something similar, created a couple of custom fields that calculated DateDiff on the Go-Live, and stored 1, 2, 3 (months till go live) then reported on those. Worked pretty well.

Thanks Andy. Could you please provide an example? For example, 1 Month until go live, how did you setup the formula field with DateDiff(dateTime1,dateTime2,interval)?
