Hi Planview community,
We are introducing benefit realisation into our organisation and are interested in keeping language and terminology coherent throughout.
We’ve noticed that the whole Objectives, Targets, and Contributions module is fit to tailor, and we love that . However, we have encountered some cases in which customisation wasn’t possible.
We were able to rename Targets to Benefits but failed to adjust the terminology in the “Related Items” section.
Maybe some of you have found a way to adjust this? Would you kindly walk me through it?
