Hi, I need some help with setting up a report for on Clarizen. I want a report that shows all the deliverables that my team members worked on in the last quarter with the work, budgeted work, actual effort and work variance fields. could anyone help me with that?

You can achieve this by following the below steps,

  1. Go to the Reports section in Planview AdaptiveWork and create a new report.

  2. Add the fields that you wish to have on your report

  3. Apply a filter for last quarter using the Start Date field and set the criteria to “Between,” then enter the start and end dates for the previous quarter.

  4. Run the report to view all deliverables along with the required metrics.

This will provide a clear view of your team’s deliverables and related work performance for the last quarter.
