My question is an extension of this one a year ago that was “solved” but I don’t feel it was answered: Creating report | Planview Customer Community
I have managed to wrangle a report that gives a view of ~ PM > Project > Named Resource ~ the main Objects we’d like to view, then cross tabbed to show ~ Capacity / Project Hours Requested / Project Hours Accepted / Available Capacity ~ the main labour durations that we’d like to track.
Another report for User Capacity and a further for Actuals with the same attributes but grouped by User Name.
I can’t get the Not Assigned details that are found in the Capacity burndown chart. I know they are under the Job Title assigned to the User Group.
Does anyone know how to report the requests against job titles?
Or how to download the data from that page into excel or a report?
