Hello,

Does anybody know why I cannot retrieve the “resources” field when working on a workflow rule for a task ?
I want to automatically assignt tasks when specific criteria are met but i’m not able to find the “resources” field in the formula sections.

The ability to use the “Resources” field within workflow rules for tasks may depend on your specific configuration and access settings. In some cases, fields may not appear or be available for use if they aren’t enabled for your profile or object level.
