Hello everyone,
I would like to be able to round up or down time that users submit. For example, if the time is <= 12:07 it will round down to 12 but if it is >12:00 it will round up to 12:15.
Can anyone assist with this please?

AdaptiveWork doesn't have a built-in feature to automatically round time entries. If rounding is important for your process, you could explore a few options like working with Planview's Professional Services for a custom solution, using a third-party tool that integrates with AdaptiveWork, or handling it manually through Excel.
Another approach could be to simply have users round their time entries themselves when logging hours.
