Send email to resources of tasks

Question

When a milestone is created resources are automatically added to the milestone tasks but I am facing issue to send email to the resources. I used "send email" option but if a task has 3 resources then everyone is receiving 3 emails rather than 1 email per user.Resources to the tasks are added dynamically using workflow rule on task by assigning the user group.in send email recipients list I can't directly choose resources field however I have to choose the user group which I had assigned dynamically < link object > resource fields is showing blank. Can someone share example of config to send email to task resources and everyone should get only 1 email

Hi DeeptiWhen directly clicking the Email button on a milestone that has one or multiple resources, you have the option to choose between:EmailTeam - sends one email to all Managers, Resources and ReviewersEmail to Managers - sends one email to Managers onlyEmail to Resources - sends one email to Resources onlyEmail to Reviewers - sends one email to Reviewers onlyEmail to… - sends one email to the addresseesAlso when the Email is triggered via Custom Action, using for example the $AllUserResources - it sends one email to all and not multiple emails to all.Can you reply with screenshots or video of what option was used (directly from UI or triggering a custom action or other) and of the results that you described above?Can you also share the syntax of the workflow you described in your second question - as it is not entirely clearThank youLimor
