I have a single project that is not counting all of the hours logged in it (all approved). 10h were worked but the project sums are only recognizing 9h. I submitted a support ticket which was escalated to Tier 3, who hasn’t responded in more than a month. Has anyone else experienced this with a project? Was there any solution provided?
