Tracking Resources Who Haven’t Logged Time in a Project Report

I tested a similar use case in the demo environment I have access to, and I was able to create a report that shows a list of resources who haven’t logged any time at the project level. You might want to try replicating this in your own environment to see if it meets your needs—it could be a helpful starting point.
New Report ➡️ Report On - Project; Include related data - Resources; and - Login History
with
Filters - <Project>.<Groups And Users>.<Login History>Created On set to Blank
The environment I tested doesn’t have many projects with assigned resources, but based on how it works, if resources are assigned and haven’t logged in, you should see their USER ID with a blank CREATED ON column. This indicates that no login history has been recorded.
