I have a request from business that for the fixed fees users we don’t want to allow then to enter time and nor they appear in the plan allocation dropdown/selection.
What could be the potential solution to achieve these situation?
For new fixed fee resource i will create only user profile and not the resource profile so that then cannot enter/book time. And i will assign then some role which is specifically just allow them to view Portfolio.
What to do with those profiles which are already presnt in the system?
