Are you utilizing skills in Portfolios to help identify skill gaps or overall proficiencies within a department or team? At NASCO we have gone down the skills path once before and after loading all of the data it was never used. Now we have a department that is optimistic about it and we are starting to load data in the next couple of weeks, and now we are looking at reporting options. They would like reports that show a harvey ball or pie/bar chart that identifies the proficiency within a team across select skills. Has anyone out there done this type of reporting? Any aha moments or gotchas you could share?
