If we assign named resources to tasks within Ms Project and then upload the schedule back into PlanView Portfolio, it automatically approves the resource to the tasks and bypasses the resource manager requirement to approve. If we assign a resource role this take the correct route of requiring resource manager intervention just not a named resource.

Is there any configuration that we can implement that stops this happening?
