Configure Screen, add component question

when configuring a new screen and selecting Add Component, the internal reference link an basic info are greyed out, why is this and what can I do to use them?

​@Scott Valentine - I haven’t ran into this issue but thought I would try to help you troubleshoot.  What type of configured screen are you creating and trying to add these components to?  In the CSC it states “A set of commonly used fields and alternate structures, such as Work ID and Internal Priority, for work configured screens such as the enhanced Add New Work configured screen or enhanced Work Detail configured screen; not available for other types of configured screens.”  So if you’re doing something other than work that may be one issue.
