We have had a few requests lately where a leader wants to see all the projects of a certain criteria - for example:  every project using Artificial Intelligence or every project with compliance components.  These projects could be across the whole enterprise.   So far, we have been creating a new attribute on the project to enable this grouping via a portfolio.  We are wondering if there is any other way to do this?   The concern is that we will end up with quite a list of these types of attributes at the rate we are going.   Thanks

Would have to know a bit more.  But have you considered a multi-select field with several of these attributes?

I haven’t considered that but that could be a good path!   We were told to avoid multi-selects since reporting doesn’t work always with them.

Mulit-select fields aren’t ideal as some reports that can’t be used with.  But it has the benefit of not being able to have to create multiple attributes.
