How are you handling Ad-Hoc System Implementation?

Greetings Everyone,

I work for a State IT Agency, and I’ve been charged with creating an Ad-Hoc System Implementation schedule. This is in addition to the monthly Portfolio releases. 

I’m looking to answer question such as:

  • What does your request Triage consist of?
  • What does your Ad-Hoc Deployment and Release Schedule look like?

Any information on this topic is helpful.

We use ServiceNow to record our triage requests, ServiceNow Change Management to schedule monthly releases, maintenance and configuration changes.
