We update our test environment to version May 2024 so we could start testing out Planview.Me & Planview Admin. I looked in the success center on how to enable it but can’t find anything. I also tried logging into https://id.planview.com but I am having no luck by resetting my password or using my credentials. Do I need to create a new ticket so this can be enabled? I am just curious if anyone else has had this issue.

@Jacob Lemos I would open a support case.  We ran into the same issue and had to open a ticket, also have some sort of issue affecting new users being able to see Planview.me as well.

@Jacob Lemos - Do you have products (i.e. Portfolios) activated within Planview Admin? We had to be sure to activate a product first, so we could see any widgets, then under Settings > Services you should see a Planview.Me option with a settings button. Be sure you also have at least yourself setup as a user for the Planview.Me by turning it on in the users tab for the appropriate users.

Just some thoughts you may want to walk through, if you have not already.

The Planview Admin and Planview.me information and documentation are available within their own sections in the Documentation area of the CSC. The content includes guidance on getting them set up and operational:

I will open a ticket with planview because I can’t even get into planview admin via https://id.planview.com

There was a webinar earlier this week on this topic. Recording here:

I’d recommend getting the latest Portfolios release applied. There are new widgets being released every month and back in May the widget count was low. There is now a good set of high value widgets, with more to come in the next few months.
