Dear Community,

We are having issues with Job Stream teking x25 longer than usual and timing out due to the following errors log in the log files.

“Skipping Financial Plan. Reason = Error for field AltStructureKey: Execution Timeout Expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. { Source Row='0';  }”

 

Has anyone had this issue and know how to resolve?

​@Scott Valentine - Unfortunately in the CSC Planview does not include troubleshooting for these types of errors.  If you haven’t this is probably better as a case to Planview to help troubleshoot, if you’ve already done that hopefully the are on their way to providing a resolution.  If you do receive one could you post it back out here for others who may receive it?

Other things I would look at would be what data points are being loaded into Financials, do the values in those attributes have special characters in them that may potentially cause a problem or is there anything that looks “off” for those attributes. 

Not much help but just some thoughts.
