What drives the assignee field in Logbook. Some people show up and some do not. I can not figure out where the list of people is coming from. 

Given that Lokbook is intended to replace CRI, I assume that any user role must have CRI Management activated as a feature.

​@JWilliams24 - I was playing with this in our sandbox and tried assigning 2 different people who have the same license, which does not include access to CRIs, and I could assign one but not the other.  So I do not think this is tied to the CRI features on a license, but this is my guess.

This may be a good ticket to Customer Support asking for additional details be provided in the CSC on what drives the list of assignees. 

If you could share any information you receive from them that would be great.
