We’ve recently implemented Logbook and configured it with our PowerBI dashboard. For the Risk type log we mimicked the values for Response Strategy and Escalation Level in both Planview Admin and also in Portfolios.
Problem: On the Risk Matrix report page in PowerBI (on the bottom Table visualisation), Escalation Level values are populating however Response Strategy is not.
Strangely, on the ‘risk by Response Strategy’ Funnel visualisation, the values are appearing correctly (see below).
I appreciate suggestions or help in troubleshooting. (I’m a PowerBI beginner)
