Whilst our PMs follow good discipline on the route of Require, Reserve, Allocate, and start with the best intentions, once the project is in full flow, on going management of those assignments tend to drop off. Does anyone know of a good training page / summary, perhaps, an equivalent call out diagram to the “Elements of the Timesheet Screen” in the success centre, which can help PMs manage their assignments on their Portfolios project?

@Nick Derbyshire - At NASCO we communicate that it is not just about the PM’s managing assignments but it takes responsibility from Time Reporters and RM’s as well.  This helps spread the pressure and responsibility, although the PM is ultimately responsible for their budget thus they should ensure their assignments are accurate.

This isn’t necessarily a page that talks about screen elements but it does talk about the importance of ongoing maintenance: https://success.planview.com/Planview_Portfolios/Projects_and_Work/Execute_and_Track_Progress/100_Reviewing_and_Monitoring_Work

Sorry to be late in replying, but better late than never. I knew I’d made a graphic of the timesheet screen and put it somewhere ages ago, but had to locate it. You can find it in its current incarnation here:
