Good Afternoon:When using development to massively load UI PATH users in the Ecopetrol Production environment, an error is occurring since it is not connecting to the browser as shown below:  
 The instructions indicated directly on the portal https://success.planview.com/Planview_Portfolios/Fundamentals/Robotic_Process_Automation_(RPA)_Robot are followed, however it is not possible for the loading to be executed which can significantly optimize times. . user creation.

@alejandro0807 I would request you to create a case on this for more references to study the use case. 


I have been trying out UIPath templates and have been unsuccessful as well. There is a note in the CSC that says “When RPA (UI Path recipes) were developed in early 2020, Internet Explorer was still a supported browser. Although Planview ended support for Internet Explorer elsewhere in the application, RPA currently only supports the use of Internet Explorer 11. We hope to align browser support for non-Internet Explorer browsers in the future.”

It looks like UIPath used to allow for run in compatibility or legacy mode, but not the version that I have, therefore I couldn’t use them.
