We originally deployed ProjectPlace but it has been forsaken because Teams has the document storage, better chat functionality, recording of meetings etc.

@margotrogers - great question as we too are starting to utilize more of the Teams technology stack. I love that ProjectPlace can integrate with Teams. Within channels for specific teams we have added the PP app so users can access it directly from Teams and not leave. This has been a nice selling point. I feel that having a true project plan (WBS structure) with kanban board works well.  Did your teams not need the wbs structure?

Will be interested in what others have to share and what a Planview Falcon can help with as well, because I do believe many of us are probably falling into this area of needed support.

Thank you,

Where is the documentation on that? Very interesting and not sure why CSM hasn’t shared that before

@margotrogers Here is the page about ProjectPlace integrations: https://success.planview.com/Planview_ProjectPlace/Integrations/01_Third_Party_Integrations_with_Projectplace

It has a link to download the app.  Not sure how your company works but for here at NASCO I submitted a request to my IT team who manages the MS Teams application asking them to allow the access to the ProjectPlace app.  Once it is turned on then you can add it at the top of a team channel and then it shows the PP workspace within the channel window.  Pretty slick.
