We recently transitioned to the enhanced configured screens for Request and Work. Since the transition, we’ve noticed that multiple pop-up windows open while dispatching a request and must be manually closed once the dispatch process is complete.
Planview Support indicated that this behavior is related to our lifecycles. However, we are using the same lifecycles that we used with the legacy screens, and we did not experience this behavior previously.
Has anyone else experienced this issue after transitioning to the enhanced configured screens? If so, have you found a solution or workaround to prevent the additional windows from opening or needing to be manually closed?
