I’m reaching out to ask whether anyone has experienced changes to system settings that caused OData queries to be limited to 50,000 rows.
I recently ran into this issue in my environment—unexpectedly hitting a 50,000 row limit—despite previously being able to retrieve full datasets. After opening a support case, Customer Service resolved the issue on their end, but I still don’t have clarity on:

Why it occurred in the first place,

What was changed to fix it,
-
And whether it could happen again.
I’d be really interested to hear if anyone else has encountered similar behaviour and, if so, what you learned from your communications with Planview and/or what measures you’ve put in place to ensure continuity of complete OData retrieval.
