Planview Portfolios - Lifecycle Configuration

I am trying to add new life cycle Model under Work. I can do that but It not including in existing lifecycle. Is here anything I am missing? I am creating Model with prefix a number (eg: 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 etc). Can someone help?

@mahesh - Could you help clarify a little more?  What do you mean it is not including in existing lifecycle? Do you have screenshots or more information on the behavior you are wanting to see?

Does your new lifecycle have a step with a scripted dialog that points to the existing lifecycle model?

@mahesh when you say existing lifecycle → do you mean a lifecycle model which is already bound for work or an active lifecycle in action on any work item.

If you are talking about making this lifecycle model as a subset or being called/triggered from an existing lifecycle - you need to update the lifecycle model with a step including scripted dialog as mentioned by ​@Mario.munoz .
