Hi - we have our servers in the UK and have noticed horrible performance using Planview Portfolios. Anyone else suffering?

Jennifer, we’ve begun the triage process on this and will update your group through the related Care case. In addition to working on this specifically, we’ve had a number of updates over the last few months, in the upcoming November release, and more in the future. Yes, we are experiencing similar issues with Planview Portfolios! We opened a case that ended up being split into several smaller ones but it seems like the only thing the customer support team is checking are CPU spikes. For a SaaS application, this approach is not sufficient at all. Despite providing numerous pieces of evidence, including links, traces, and HAR files, we have yet to receive a concrete response or a clear outline of the criteria the team uses to determine whether something qualifies as a performance issue.
