We utilize Demand Managers to input Requirements into Projects. Those requirements are “Assigned To” a Resource Manager / Supervisor. Is there a way to prevent that Supervisor from “Over Allocating” to that requirement? We see this when a Supervisor needs to “fill time” for one of their employees, and the often do this by Allocating that employee more that the project requirement needs.

There is no option that I know of to prevent this. Basically RM’s own the allocations for their resources. If they think it will take 60 hrs instead of 40, they can make it 60.
