Nick, this is one (of the many) use cases that the new Log Book functionality will support. Log Book is a shared service, across Portfolios and ProjectPlace, and you can configure in unlimited “log types”, eg. Risk, Issue, Change, Dependency, Lesson Learned, etc…. For each log type you create fields/screens/views. For connected Portfolios and ProjectPlace the Log Book will be shared and accessible from either “side”.
Log Book is available as an Early Adopter Release in May 2024 Portfolios and will be General Availability in the Summer.
