Our Governance team is looking to update to a more “gated” process. We have seen some information on the Success Center regarding Stage Gates in Portfolios and I see that there is a Gated Work Dashboard available however I do not see a lot of information on configuring Portfolios to support this type of configuration. I am curious if others are using stage gates and how you have set it up, if you have any documentation you can direct me to, etc.
We have used phases as sort of “gates” in the past and can go with that option again, but if there is a better way, or a specific way of doing it in Planview we would like to pursue/understand that as well.
