Other options may include:
- Banner notification in the system: Unfortunately you would have to manually set this up for every week of the month since there is not currently an option to make them recurring.
- Utilize the Announcement widget
- If you have a mailbox that you manage all of your Planview support through then you could look at automatically sending an email from it to your user population.
I know these are not the ideal option but may help bridge the gap; unless other customers are aware of capabilities I have not been aware of during my time as an Admin.

+2We have setup some automated reports to our managers. We send a missing timesheet report on Thursdays and Fridays. This report uses a Targeted Subscription and the distribution is based on the person’s role in Planview.
One of our requirements is the Friday of a time recording close is we have to have all timesheets submitted. Noon is the deadline and we use the report to track down any delinquents. It is a bit of a process but it works for us.
