In PV Portfolios, for each of the RAG indicators displayed in the WRK14 report (wbs721 through to wbs726) I have updated the attribute’s Definition and the Display Name however the new name is not reflected when the report is generated. What have I missed?

The WRK14 Status Report is one of the FastTrack Analytics, which use a configuration “layer” called the FastTrack Analytics Framework. Details here:
To “fix” your issue you need to run the ADM01 FastTrack Analytics Admin report with the “Refresh Metadata” parameter = Yes.
