Is there a way to capture hours on a salary employee that is more than 40 but only capture cost for 40 in the financial plan. 

We want to understand the true hours people are working on projects, which can be more that 40 hours but we also need to have the financial plans recognize the true cost for salary employees (which will always be 40) 

This can not be a global setting because we have Salary, Fixed Fee and Time and Material employees.
