Hello. My use case is that a) I need a means to pull financials (rates) being forecast for individual resources by activity / project. I know I can leverage RES24 which you can total up costs and list the rate associated with resource (by activity / project) but the monthly view appears to only allow views for hours, days, and FTE. I’d like to quickly see costs. To that end, my second (and most important) use case is that on top of that I would also like to include actuals for months prior in the year. Again, RES24 can do this but the actuals appear on another line on the report versus the same line which lists the work, prior hours, and future allocated hours. Any way around all of this or perhaps a different report? Thank you!!
+2Is there any reason you aren’t exporting the financial plan for the portfolio? That would contain the prior month actuals and forecast data. Are you working with just amounts calculated by Portfolios (IE rate and hours) or do you load your actuals from another application?

Great question. Not doing that because our organization uses standard activities unlike many others (I believe), in that there is true work (both discretionary and foundational) being done outside of projects setup within a portfolio. Appreciate the question.
